Operation Topcat NC is a foster-based rescue, which means every cat we save depends on someone opening their home. By fostering, you're giving a cat the chance to heal, grow, and find the loving family they deserve.

When a foster home opens, we can rescue another cat from a shelter, the streets, or an unsafe situation.

Fosters give cats something a shelter can't:
