Operation Topcat is a 100% volunteer-run rescue. Because our foster homes are often full and our volunteers care for cats every day, response times may vary.
Please help us help you by including as much information as possible in your first message.
Sending multiple messages about the same request slows our response time.

The more information you provide, the faster we can evaluate your request.
Please include:
📷 Clear photos
🐈 Number of cats or kittens
❤️ Their personalities and behavior
🏠 Whether they're around cats, dogs, or children
🏡 Are you able to foster them temporarily?
If you're able to provide a spare bedroom, bathroom, large dog crate, or similar space, we may be able to begin helping sooner. We can often provide supplies and veterinary care as resources allow.
I Need to Surrender My Cat
Our foster homes are extremely limited. If possible, we ask owners to foster their cat until placement.
Please include:
📷 Several clear photos
📝 Why you're surrendering
📋 Current veterinary records
💉 Vaccination history
❤️ Personality and habits
🐶 Experience with cats, dogs, and children
🏥 Medical conditions or allergies
📦 Whether they're comfortable in a kennel

Need Help with TNVR?
We support Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) efforts for managed community cat colonies.
Because we're a small volunteer rescue, we cannot remove cats from neighborhoods or provide trapping teams.
If you're able to help with:

...we may be able to assist with guidance and resources.
Borrowed traps must be returned in good condition. Lost or damaged traps must be replaced.
