Every Cat Has a Story
Operation Topcat is a nonprofit 501c3 cat rescue. We work in the Jacksonville, Sneads Ferry, Hampstead and Wilmington areas. We rescue kitties from our local community and shelters to help them find their forever homes. We are a volunteer-run, foster-based rescue dedicated to helping homeless cats find the loving homes they deserve.
Why Operation Topcat?
Foster-Based
We have no physical shelter. Every cat we save depends on our amazing foster homes and the generosity of Petsmart on Western Blvd for occasionally hosting our adoptable cats.
Every Cat Matters
From bottle babies to seniors, special needs to shy souls, we give every cat a chance.
